PDF markup for construction drawings
Everything a drawing review needs, on any computer or tablet with a browser: no install, no licence keys, and every markup saved as you draw it.
What you can do
- Clouds, callouts, text, arrows, shapes, highlights and stamps with your name and date
- A markups list you can sort, filter and save views of, with statuses, assignees and replies
- Layers, groups, alignment tools, line styles and hatch patterns
- Saved tools: keep a style, subject and layer and reuse it with one click
- Export to a standard PDF that other PDF viewers can read and edit
Built for drawings, not documents
Sheets open fast even when they are dense, because the renderer only draws what is on screen. Zoom into a detail and the linework stays sharp. Sheet references such as 3/A-501 become links to the right sheet.
A review that closes
Every markup carries a status from your project’s own status set. Filter the list to what is still open, assign it to a person or a group, and reply in the thread instead of in an email chain.
Bring the comments you already have
Comments made in other PDF tools are imported as editable markups, so a review that started elsewhere can carry on here.
More features
Takeoff and estimating
Calibrate a sheet once, then measure lengths, areas, volumes and counts on PDF drawings. Room fill, symbol search, cost columns and Excel export.
Compare and overlay
See what changed between two drawing revisions, cloud the changes automatically, and overlay architectural, structural and MEP sheets in colour to find clashes.
Punch lists and RFIs
Pin punch items, RFIs and submittals to the drawings, add photos, assign them and track them to closed — online or offline on site.
Drawing checks
Catch common drawing-set errors before issue: sheets missing from the index, broken sheet references, tags that are not in the schedule, blank sheets and moved grid lines.
Live review sessions
Review drawings together in real time: see who is on which sheet, follow their cursors and watch markups appear as they are made.
See it on your own drawings
