How to compare two drawing revisions
- Choose the older revision of the sheet, then the newer one.
- If a file has several pages, pick the page to compare on each side.
- Select Compare. Red linework was removed, blue was added and grey is unchanged.
- Download the result as an image to share it or attach it to an RFI.
When the result is mostly red and blue
This tool compares the sheets exactly as they are placed on the page. If the newer revision was re-plotted at a different scale or shifted on the paper, almost everything shows as changed.
